Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Project Manager experience to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Business Analyst and Project Manager. You will lead the delivery of projects related to strategic objectives designed to deliver superior technology solutions and services. This role provides direction and leadership to project teams; is responsible for project initiation and planning activities; monitoring project schedules, progress, and resources; communicating with project stakeholders, management, or other relevant parties; and project closure deliverables. This position works under general supervision; may assign duties and responsibilities to staff during coordination of project work.

- Wisconsin resident with 9+ years of Business Analyst experience in a large global organization.
- 8+ years in ERP finance systems (Cash Management, Billing & AR, GL, FA).
- Strong background in risk management, compliance, and process optimization.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, BRD documentation, and UAT testing.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Project management experience with a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.
- 4+ years of government experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Manage and drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Partner with the ERP Product Owner to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive requirements gathering, process improvements, and documentation.
- Oversee data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams, translating needs into actionable solutions.
- Ensure effective risk management, compliance, and stakeholder communication.
