- 15+ yrs experience with the Property & Casualty insurance market, focusing on billing and claims insurance domain.
- Experience with Reporting and analytics
- Knowledge of lending /loan insurance and policy coverages and endorsements will be a plus
- Analyzes the highest level and complex business, technical process, system and/or technical problems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements for legacy systems (mainframe based systems), should be able to do general Mainframe App navigation
- general understanding on how mainframe files are used and how to look at them
- ability to look at JCL and program documents at a high level - what the programs are doing and how they flow so they can be documented. (example of ledger flow )
- Hands on exp in mainframe based application modernization / migration is plus
- Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change.
- Ensures actions are aligned to enterprise strategies; provides insight to assist in business or technical direction.
- Collaborates across multiple teams to drive analysis management processes (i.e. business, quality, experience, system). May provide practice, discipline and technical guidance; develops and maintains relationships with other practice owners and discipline leads in order to ensure consistency.
- Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Good understanding of SQL, Agile process, Jira or ADO
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop user stories, process flows, and other documentation to communicate requirements and specifications to development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure clear communication between business and IT teams.
- Collaborate with the Scrum or Agile team to support iterative delivery and ensure timely completion of milestones.
